This service is designed for anyone preparing for or recovering from bariatric surgery.
My bariatric counselling service supports people before and after weight loss surgery.
Many clients come to me feeling frustrated, ashamed, or confused about their eating habits. What they often discover is that the patterns rarely start with food. They’re usually connected to stress, emotional regulation, or — more often than people realise — ADHD, which can make consistency around eating genuinely harder, no matter how motivated you are
Together, we work on understanding these patterns so you can build sustainable habits that support both your physical and emotional health.
I don’t provide meal plans, dietary protocols or medical advice. Your surgical and dietetic team handle that side, and their guidance takes precedence over anything we discuss. My work is the emotional and behavioural part: what food has been doing for you, what changes when it can’t, and what sits underneath the patterns.
For clients before and after surgery, I also work alongside a specialist dietitian with expertise in bariatric and GLP-1 care.
